Introduction
POLESTAR respects each individual’s right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through
our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies solely to information
collected at POLESTAR’s Web site.
Part I. Information Collection
We collect information that is user supplied in order to provide services requested by the user such as requests
for more information, our free survey or other needs a user may have. We currently do not require registration to
view our content. We do not employ cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on a user’s
computer hard drive to be a unique identifier.
Part II. Information Usage
The information collected by POLESTAR will be used to fulfill the users’ request. Users who provide information
will receive [list products, services, email announcements or advertisements].
Registered users will receive additional announcements from us about products, services, special deals, and a
newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of commun-
ications.
The information we collect will be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history.

Part III. Access to Information POLESTAR strives to maintain the accuracy of our information. But we cannot assure
the accuracy of any information either on the site or provided at request as information is constantly changing and
requiring updates. If problems arise, users may contact POLESTAR. We are committed to resolving disputes in a timely
manner.
1. Use of Our Site By using our Site, you accept these Terms of Use as your agreement with us, without limitation or
qualification. This Site is intended and made available only to users who are adult legal residents of the United States,
its territories and possessions. If you are not such a resident or you are a minor where you reside or if, for any reason,

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction The Site is operated by or on behalf of POLESTAR and this agreement for adult residents of
the United States, its territories and possessions, and this agreement, consisting of these Terms of Use, together with our privacy
policies and any other rules, regulations, procedures and policies which we refer to and which are incorporated by this reference,
contains the entire understanding and agreement between you and us and supersedes all prior or inconsistent understandings
relating to the Site and your use of the Site. If any term or condition of this agreement is held illegal, invalid or unenforceable, this
will not affect any other provisions. Any provision which must survive to allow us to enforce its meaning shall survive termination
of this agreement. You agree that no action arising out of this agreement or your use of the Site, regardless of form or the basis of
the claim, may be brought by you more than one (1) year after the cause of action has arisen (or if multiple causes, from the date
the first such cause arose). This agreement and your use of the Site is governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with
the laws of the State of California applicable to contracts made, executed and wholly performed in California, and you agree and
submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the State and Federal Courts situated in the State of California and agree you
will not object to such jurisdiction or venue on the grounds of lack of personal jurisdiction, forum non conveniens or otherwise.
Even if it may be applicable, you agree with us to opt out from and expressly exclude
any applicability of the Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act. IN ANY ACTION OR PROCEEDING COMMENCED TO
ENFORCE ANY RIGHT OR OBLIGATION OF THE PARTIES UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, YOUR USE OF OUR SITE OR WITH
RESPECT TO THE SUBJECT MATTER HEREOF, YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHT YOU MAY NOW HAVE OR HEREAFTER
POSSESS TO A TRIAL BY JURY. |
