Karen McKim - Vice President of SMARTLab Sales

Karen has been with POLESTAR for more than 10 years. Since joining the company, she has held the positions of territory manager, distribution relations manager and product manager. These experiences have contributed to her in-depth knowledge of physician office laboratories. As vice president of sales, Karen has nationwide sales and service responsibility for the SMARTLab program and delivers superior service to all SMARTLab customers. Prior to joining POLESTAR, Karen served as Manager of Customer Service for Sutter Corporation, a leader in the orthopedic industry. She received a B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of North Texas.
